BrendanKing (00:33): What's going on is Brendan Kingfrom the Brendan King Group at Simply Vegas.
JackPalermo (00:37): And Jack Palermo from theBrendan King Group at Simply Vegas.
BrendanKing(00:39): And this is Episode 18 of theUnnamed Show.
JackPalermo(00:42): the Unnamed Show.
BrendanKing(00:44): What's going on? It isHalloween weekend.
JackPalermo(00:48): It is. [inaudible 00:00:49].
BrendanKing(00:49): [inaudible 00:00:49]. I lovethe way Maxine did our logo this week. It's kind of nice.
JackPalermo(00:53): It looks great. LittleHalloween flare.
BrendanKing(00:55): Good job, Maxine.
JackPalermo(00:56): Love it.
BrendanKing(00:56): Yeah. Little Halloween flare.Happy Halloween.
JackPalermo(00:59): And Happy Nevada Day, Brendan.
BrendanKing(01:02): Yes. Yes. We did look up whatNevada Day is. And it is celebrating when Nevada joined the union. And youremember back when it happened, because you were still around.
JackPalermo(01:11): Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. I was,like, 2.
BrendanKing(01:13): 1864.
JackPalermo(01:14): October 31st, actually, 1864.But they were celebrating Nevada Day today. Kids got off of school, but itactually is on Halloween [inaudible 00:01:22] Spooky. Anyway-
BrendanKing(01:23): This is always on Halloween. Itis, right?
JackPalermo(01:25): Yeah, it has to be.
BrendanKing(01:25): Yeah. Okay.
JackPalermo (01:26): I don't change the day.
BrendanKing(01:27): [inaudible 00:01:27].
JackPalermo(01:28): Okay.
BrendanKing(01:29): Good point. Good point. That'swhy I have you here. And just so you know, if you want to join our text list, text 'VIP' to 702-553-1955, 'VIP' to 702-553-1955. Where's your costume?
JackPalermo(01:45): I took it off. I threw it. Ithrew it. It was in the little beginning thing. I still have my Freddy Kruegersweater on here, but-
BrendanKing(01:51): You know what? We're kind of inchill, fall clothing today.
JackPalermo(01:55): And it's really hot. It'sreally sweaty.
BrendanKing(01:58): It is like 75 degrees.
JackPalermo(02:00): Anyway, let's talk about theRaiders.
BrendanKing(02:02): Yeah. Ridiculous.
JackPalermo(02:03): Holy cow.
BrendanKing (02:03): Ridiculous.
JackPalermo(02:04): They are five and two sittingat top the AFC West. Their defense is amazing. Their car is amazing. They'regoing in the bi-week to get some rest and some healthy.
BrendanKing(02:12): Do I sense the transition fromthe Bears to the Raiders?
JackPalermo(02:15): Still a Bears fan, but I doroot for the Raiders unless they're playing the Bears, but I'm still a numberone Bears fan. They're terrible. But we're talking about the Raiders, right?
BrendanKing(02:22): Yeah. True, true, true. Andthey're looking good. So five and two, first place, AFC West-
JackPalermo(02:27): Yeah. Going into the bi-week,which is good. They can get healthy. And the next game is against the lowlylonely New York Giants on November 7th.
BrendanKing(02:35): And I grew up a Giants fan, grew up in the New York area in New Jersey, and they are not [crosstalk00:02:42].
JackPalermo(02:41): They're not good. I mean, theBears are not good, but the Giants are really not good.
BrendanKing(02:45): If you're a football fan, andyou live in New York or New Jersey, or at least Northern New Jersey, it doesn'tlook good for either team.
JackPalermo(02:51): No, the Jets are even worse.
BrendanKing(02:52): And the Gang Green Jets are notlooking good either.
JackPalermo(02:56): Anyway...
BrendanKing(02:57): But yeah, good job, good job,Raiders. And you know what? Ever since you talked about the Bears, we got ourInstagram account shut down. So maybe that's what it is.
David (03:06): Jack's fault.
JackPalermo(03:07): It's probably my fault.
BrendanKing(03:07): Just keep saying Raiders.
JackPalermo(03:09): I know it's my fault.
BrendanKing(03:09): Raiders.
JackPalermo(03:10): Raiders, Raiders.
BrendanKing(03:10): Raiders, Raiders, Raiders,Raiders, Raiders.
JackPalermo(03:11): Okay. Okay.
BrendanKing(03:11): So, on another note, anothersport that-
JackPalermo(03:15): Baseball.
BrendanKing(03:16): ... hopefully is coming toVegas. What's the deal, Jack?
JackPalermo(03:19): The [Commish 00:03:20], RobmanFred. So, basically he said Vegas is still in the running for the A's to movehere, but Alameda County they passed a little deal where it proposed billiondollar stadium, 30,000 seat waterfront property.
BrendanKing(03:37): I have to admit, I got nervouswhen I saw this, but it's sounding like we still have a chance with-
JackPalermo(03:40): Yeah, it's just a vote rightnow, but they have to go through all lot of hoops and jumps and leaps andbounds to get this thing done. So hopefully Vegas gets the A's. If not, let'sget an expansion team here. Definitely. Yeah. I mean, why not?
BrendanKing(03:53): Yeah, yeah. Yeah. True.
Jack Palermo (03:54): We need baseball.
Brendan King (03:54): I think, either way, we'regoing to have the Vegas Pumpkins or something.
JackPalermo(03:58): I had another names, but that'snot good for the Unnamed Show.
BrendanKing(04:02): Oh, shoot. Jesus. Yeah. Buthopefully that's a good sign for all us that baseball is still on its way here.As of now, that's not the case, but I hope that's what happens.
JackPalermo(04:14):
Soon.
BrendanKing(04:14): It's looking like it. So wehave a beautiful new listing. Of course, anytime you want to check out whatwe're selling, check out www.kingvegashomes.com. We've got a 1.2 millionlisting, 2548 Monarch Bay Drive, in desert shores. So-
JackPalermo(04:32): It's gorgeous.
BrendanKing(04:33): It is. Yeah. So you have thebest of both worlds. You can live the Nevada desert life and literally walkacross the street to the beach.
JackPalermo(04:40): There's the beach.
BrendanKing(04:40): Yeah. So my client took reallygreat care of this home. It was actually just a single guy living in 4,000square feet. And now somebody's going to be the lucky buyer of this property. He took amazing care, meticulous care of the home. The one thing you get indesert shores that you don't get in other parts of Las Vegas is giant lots. Sothis property's got a huge lot. You can walk to-
JackPalermo(05:08): Marshe BAAs.
BrendanKing(05:08): Yep.
JackPalermo(05:09): Americana. There's a littlevillage pub over there too. I mean, it's great walking distance, you got somereally good restaurants, and they sit right on the water. You sit outside. It'sgreat.
BrendanKing(05:16): Yeah. It's great.
JackPalermo(05:17): It's great.
BrendanKing(05:18): And I always veer from notsaying Marche Bacchus because then all my French friends say it right. And Isay it like you, it's Marche Bacchus.
JackPalermo(05:25): Yeah. Well, Marcie MarcheBacchus.
BrendanKing(05:27): But, yeah, beautiful homewaterfall, jacuzzi, huge lot, fire pit. Balconies are massive, right, David?
David (05:35): Oh, they're great.
BrendanKing(05:36): They're huge.
David (05:37): And there's three of them.
BrendanKing(05:37): Usually, there's three massivebalconies. So you have a beautiful view. Look at this.
JackPalermo(05:41): Look at this.
BrendanKing(05:42): It's one of the few places inVegas where you have both water and mountains. And when you drive past thoselakes, they're they are beautiful.
JackPalermo(05:48): Gorgeous.
BrendanKing(05:49): And the whole neighborhood iscustom. So it's a custom property. Nothing like it. It's unique. It's really a greathome, three-car garage with a whole long driveway. So you could technically fitlike 10 cars. But great house. So if you're interested, of course, reach out,let us know, direct message us, email us, text us, or show up tomorrow between11:00 and 3:00, because we're having an open house. Four beds, four beds, 4,008square feet, three-car garage. Check out 2548 Monarch Bay tomorrow between11:00 and 3:00.
JackPalermo(06:22): Say hi to Denise and Carley.
BrendanKing(06:23): Yeah. Bring your Halloweencostume, or just come check out the house, you don't have to wear a costume.
JackPalermo(06:29): I will not be there scaring youout of the bushes. I promise.
BrendanKing(06:32): Yeah, that's not a bad idea, actually. But we wouldn't do that to our client, because we want them to seethe house.
JackPalermo(06:37): Yes.
BrendanKing(06:38): And then, of course... So,we've been putting out a lot more content lately, and we plan on putting outeven more. Check out our YouTube channel. Lately we've been doing littlesnippets of different parts of the Unnamed Show. So if there's specific thingsyou want, you go to our Shorts.
JackPalermo(06:53): They're called Shorts. They'recalled shorts.
BrendanKing(06:54): So, there's actually a sectionof YouTube called Shorts. And then if you subscribe, then you'll get alertedevery time we post one of these. So don't forget to subscribe and hit thelittle bell to make sure that then you get alerted every time we do a new post. And on that note...
JackPalermo(07:11): Mark Zuckerberg from Facebookhas now renamed Facebook to Meta.
BrendanKing(07:17): I don't know how I feel aboutthis.
JackPalermo(07:19): So, our Facebook CEO MarkZuckerberg said his company's rebranding itself as Meta in an effort toencompass a virtual reality vision for the future, avatars, all that stuff. Sobasically Mark Zuckerberg and Silicon Valley want you to stay online all thetime.
BrendanKing(07:34): Yeah.
JackPalermo(07:36): I personally like real life. So, yeah, good for him.
BrendanKing(07:38): So, Meta, like we said in theintro, Meta... I don't know, maybe it's funny when you get used to somethingand then a new name comes out and you just feel really uncomfortable. I bet youin a year from now, we're probably going to be like, "Hey, did you seethat on Meta?"
JackPalermo(07:53): Yeah, right. Yeah, Facebook.Yeah, right. Facegram, or whatever.
BrendanKing(07:56): But, yeah. So be prepared. It'sgoing to be called Meta. I don't know if that's just the corporate name oractually Facebook and Instagram are all changing, I have no idea.
JackPalermo(08:06): I don't know, maybe it'sFacegram.
BrendanKing(08:06): But I know the corporate nameis actually rebranding to Meta. So we'll see what that means. I'm curious, too,we're all curious. We'll see what happens.
BrendanKing(08:15): And then Las Vegas ordered topay 34 million in Badlands ruling. So this is interesting.
JackPalermo(08:21): Yes.
BrendanKing(08:22): No one knew what way this wasgoing to go. So if anybody doesn't know this, the Queensridge community, whichhad Badlands Golf Course, which was one of the hardest golf courses in-
JackPalermo(08:30): It was awesome.
BrendanKing(08:31): ... in the valley. It waseither on the fairway or in a canyon, pretty much. These fairways sat on largecliffs and everything else was like down below.
JackPalermo(08:40): If you didn't hit it straight, you were in trouble.
BrendanKing(08:41): You were in big trouble. Sounfortunately there were a lot of homes there that lost their golf course view. They ripped the golf course out, and the developer of Queensridge towers andTivoli Village, and its EHB, actually then decided they wanted to develop theland. And technically it's allowed because their CCNRs or HOA rules did notactually cover this land because this was privately owned land.
JackPalermo(09:08): Privately owned land. Yep.
BrendanKing(09:09): So the homeowners have beenfighting this. The developer hasn't been able to develop, but this cityactually found that they're going to have to pay $34 million to the developer. This is going to be ugly the next few months, if not year. A lot of these homeownersare going to be battling with the developer. And I think it's just going togive him a bigger pool of money to be able to continue to fight this. It'sgoing to get developed in my opinion.
JackPalermo(09:35): Yeah. So it's still years away.I would imagine that.
BrendanKing(09:37): And do we need another golfcourse? I don't know. We have a lot of great golf courses here.
David (09:41): Jack's like, "Yep."
BrendanKing(09:42): "Yes, yes." It was agreat golf course.
JackPalermo(09:44): I like golf courses.
BrendanKing(09:44): Yeah. All I know is it doesn'tmatter what kind of golf course it is. It doesn't make me a better player.
JackPalermo(09:50): No.
BrendanKing(09:50): So I don't mind if there is[crosstalk 00:09:53].
JackPalermo(09:52): If you've ever played golf withBrendan, he's telling the truth.
BrendanKing(09:55): Yes, yes. So if you guys don'tknow, I used to play in the PGA.
JackPalermo(10:00): No, he did not.
BrendanKing(10:01): Definitely not. PGA maybe if itstood for, I don't know, other things.
JackPalermo(10:04): Something other than that.
BrendanKing(10:05): Other than golf. Yeah. Sowhat's going on at UNLV?
JackPalermo(10:08): So UNLV, Las Vegas developer, plans to build a mixed use project across from UNLV, right by Maryland Parkway.G2 Capital Development Founder Mark Frank... I'm sorry, Frank Marretti saidthis week that he hopes to break ground in late first quarter, early secondquarter. Expected to cost around 180 to 200 million dollars. 3.4 acre sitealong Maryland Parkway between university and Harmon avenues, which include thenow vacant plot. It's going to be a 15 and nine story buildings right there.Clark County documents [crosstalk 00:10:39].
BrendanKing(10:40): And you know what? They needmore down there.
JackPalermo(10:41): They do.
BrendanKing(10:41): The more, the better. And it'smixed use, which means more retail, more of everything. I think this is goodfor the area. That area, it's a nice campus.
JackPalermo(10:52): It is.
BrendanKing(10:52): But surrounding the campus, anything better and newer and coming to the area is-
JackPalermo(10:58): Would be welcome.
BrendanKing(10:58): ... is welcome, for sure.
JackPalermo(10:59): Would be welcome.
BrendanKing(11:00): Steve Wynn is actually sellinghis house in Las Vegas for $24.5 million.
David (11:05): $24.5?
BrendanKing(11:07): I know he bought it for $13million put about 15 million in.
JackPalermo(11:10): Into it, yeah.
BrendanKing(11:11): So, from what I've heard, Idon't know for a fact, but he's selling it. Six bedroom, 11 bathroom house.Sits on 1.4 acres, along TPC Summerland Golf Course there. He was at theRaiders game a few weeks back.
David (11:25): You were there Jack, right?Didn't you see him?
JackPalermo(11:27): Not at that game. No.
David (11:27): Okay.
JackPalermo(11:27): No, I was at the Chris Angelone.
David (11:29): Ah.
BrendanKing(11:29): Yeah. So, he had it for sale inJune of 2020 for $25 million. And he's actually this is a lower price of $24.5.So it's on sale.
JackPalermo(11:39): It's on sale?
BrendanKing(11:39): Yes, it is on sale for-
JackPalermo(11:41): For half million dollars?
BrendanKing(11:41): ... $24.5 million. It lookslike the Win Hotel, honestly.
JackPalermo(11:45): It does.
BrendanKing(11:47): So beautiful home. He bought itonly a few years ago for $13 million. And yeah, it's on the market, and it'sout there, and you can buy it, Jack.
JackPalermo(11:58): Okay. Okay, right. Now.
BrendanKing(12:01): So, this is interesting. And atfirst I had to read the article twice, "Culinary union chance on Las VegasStrip to get jobs back." So out of the 60,000 person union for theculinary union.
JackPalermo(12:16): Culinary.
BrendanKing(12:16): Excuse me, I've never said theword culinary.
JackPalermo(12:18): [crosstalk 00:12:18] in mylife. There's a new word.
BrendanKing(12:20): 35% or 21,000 people have notreturned back to work.
JackPalermo(12:26): That's crazy.
BrendanKing(12:27): So they're trying to geteverybody back to work. And I think it's a mix of restaurants not hiringbecause they're... I don't know.
JackPalermo(12:36): I don't know.
BrendanKing(12:37): Or if these are people who arewaiting and not going back to work, I don't know. But 21,000 out of 60,000 is alot of people.
JackPalermo(12:43): It's a lot.
BrendanKing(12:43): And would love to see everybodyget back to work and have their jobs back as well. So-
JackPalermo(12:48): They are doing some hiringfairs next week.
BrendanKing(12:51): Nice.
JackPalermo(12:51): Yeah.
BrendanKing(12:51): Yeah. So-
JackPalermo(12:52): It's a good thing.
BrendanKing(12:53): Because that was a hard job, Ihave to admit. I love food, I love restaurants, but I give them a lot ofcredit. Working in a kitchen is a really difficult job, but Vegas has nothingbut amazing talent here. So hopefully the 21,000 people are able to get back towork and find great jobs at the restaurants that do exist in our amazing cityfor food, for sure. So I know you have some tips for kids that will betrick-or-treating this year.
JackPalermo(13:24): It's funny, you should ask,Brendan.
BrendanKing(13:26): Yeah.
JackPalermo(13:26): There's some Halloween safetytips for kids and parents. So, we're still in this pandemic thing. So alwayswear face mask, whether it's Freddy, Jason, Michael Myers, whatever, and stillpractice social distancing.
BrendanKing(13:42): And you know what? Myneighborhood's doing a little like special trick-or-treating thing where peoplesigned up, and it's just the neighborhood the night before Halloween, which Ithought was smart.
JackPalermo(13:51): That's kind of putting a spinon the traditional trick-or-treating.
BrendanKing(13:53): Exactly. Yeah.
JackPalermo(13:54): I like it.
BrendanKing(13:55): Yeah.
JackPalermo(13:56): Yeah. And then they saysanitize every piece of candy, don't open it first and sanitize it.
BrendanKing(14:02): Not a good idea.
JackPalermo(14:02): Sanitize the wrapper, please.
BrendanKing(14:04): Not a good idea. Yeah.
JackPalermo(14:05): Because it'd be a bad idea ifyou sanitize the actual candy. Anyway, or you can just celebrate Halloween athome and definitely involve your kids in your planning. And if not, you canhave alternative plans, like go out to dinner, turn your lights off. [crosstalk00:14:19]-
David (14:18): So Brendan-
JackPalermo (14:19): ... trick-or-treaters, I don'tknow, but it's going to be a fun Halloween weekend.
David (14:25): So, Brendan's family, you guysgo out every year and do something crazy, full family costumes.
BrendanKing(14:30): We do. We do.
David(14:30): And I wish-
BrendanKing(14:31): Don't tell me you have a photo.
David (14:32): I know I don't. And now I'm madat myself when I think about that last night.
BrendanKing(14:36): Yeah. I can't believe youdidn't trick you like that. Usually they come up with some... I'm waiting forit, is it going to pop up?
David(14:39): No.
BrendanKing(14:39): All right. All right.[crosstalk 00:14:40].
JackPalermo(14:40): What are they doing this year? You guys are going as Squid Game?
BrendanKing(14:43): Oh, my God.
David (14:43): No, I'm bummed I didn't thinkof that.
BrendanKing(14:44): We're going as Ghostbusters,actually.
JackPalermo(14:48): Oh, that's fun.
BrendanKing(14:49): Yeah.
JackPalermo(14:49): There's a new Ghostbustersmovie coming out soon.
BrendanKing(14:51): Yes.
JackPalermo(14:52): Yes. There is. I saw that[crosstalk 00:14:53].
BrendanKing(14:53): I'm classic guy [crosstalk00:14:54].
JackPalermo(14:54): I like the first. The first onewas [crosstalk 00:14:56].
BrendanKing(14:56): Don't change something that'salready good.
JackPalermo(14:58): First one was [inaudible00:14:58].
BrendanKing(14:58): But here's the deal, I could bein shorts and a T-shirt this year because it's going to be 81 degrees. Soeveryone back east are 84 degrees on Halloween Eve, 81 degrees on Sunday, whichis actually Halloween or also Nevada Day.
David (15:13): Nevada day.
JackPalermo(15:13): Awesome. Awesome.
BrendanKing(15:15): So I have to admit, back homein New Jersey and Chicago... I remember it was either really cold, or likewarm, like this.
JackPalermo(15:26): Yeah, yeah, like this.
BrendanKing(15:26): But it's going to be 81 or 84degrees.
JackPalermo(15:30): Like summertime.
BrendanKing(15:30): So, sorry guys. I know it's notgoing to be that warm back east. So we'll enjoy-
JackPalermo(15:34): Sorry. Sorry, people in thedidwest as well.
BrendanKing(15:36): Yeah. We'll enjoy it, but, yeah, nice weather. So if you've got an extra layer that you were planning onwearing, you probably don't even need to bring it. It's going to be nice, butit will be 55 dregrees at night. So maybe still bring.
JackPalermo(15:47): Bring a little sweater orsomething.
BrendanKing(15:48): Yeah, yeah.
JackPalermo(15:48): You borrow my Fred Krueger...
BrendanKing(15:49): So this is something that I'mdeathly afraid of.
JackPalermo(15:53): I love them.
BrendanKing(15:54): And I'm a really tough guy.
David (15:57): That's funny.
BrendanKing(15:57): No, but I hated these things. What do you got?
JackPalermo(16:01): So there's two big Las VegasHaunts this year.
BrendanKing(16:04): This just freak me out.
JackPalermo(16:05): I love Haunted Houses. I lovescary movies. I love being on the seat of my pants or seat of my chair. How doyou say that? You scared out of seat? Yeah, whatever. Anyway, I like beingscared. I like being scared and anxious and all that stuff. So, anyway, there'stwo Haunted Houses, the asylum, which they'll kind of break down for you righthere. You can click the link below. I'm sure you can get all the informationthere. And Hotel Fear. So these are both going to be located at the MeadowsMall. There's 3 days left. So you can buy your tickets online for a specifictime, $37 a piece.
BrendanKing(16:37): I love that. Look at thatcalendar, "Survive, survive." How many days left? 29, 30 and 31.
JackPalermo(16:42): It will be fun.
BrendanKing(16:42): I think it'd be a great time toget a little scared. Yeah. I-
JackPalermo(16:50): I love them.
BrendanKing(16:51): I would love to see my kids go,and I would like to stand behind them while they go through. That would behilarious. But we used to have ours in the woods. So imagine a haunted house inthe woods. And they had bags with candles in them. So people would always stepon them and light them on fire. But we would walk through the woods to theselittle shacks, and then you go in each of the shacks, it was freaky.
JackPalermo(17:16): Awesome.
BrendanKing(17:16): Like the Wies Psychology Centerin Ringwood. Anybody who is from childhood, you know Weis Psychology Center atHalloween. That thing was scary. But they did have a hay ride, and stuff, afterthat, and apple cider or whatever juice.
JackPalermo(17:29): They did the Juliet Prison inthe south suburbs of Chicago.
BrendanKing(17:34): Really? In the prison?
JackPalermo(17:34): In the prison.
BrendanKing(17:35): That's pretty cool.
JackPalermo(17:35): It was pretty awesome. Scary ascould be, but it was pretty wild.
BrendanKing(17:39): Yes. I... I don't know. Gocheck it out. Las Vegas Haunts, Las Vegas number one haunted houses.
JackPalermo(17:47): Three days left.
BrendanKing(17:48): And three days left, MeadowsMall. Don't be a wimp like me, go check it out. $37, and only three days leftto get yourself completely scared.
JackPalermo(17:57): Go.
BrendanKing(17:59): So this is awesome. We're bigfans of her current restaurant. Gina Marinelli is actually opening up anotherrestaurant in Summerland called Harlow. So it's going to be like a destinationsteakhouse where they're pretty much featuring both premium beef and caviarservice-
JackPalermo(18:19): Very cool.
BrendanKing(18:19): ... which is very unique, especially for Summerland. On the Strip, I feel like this is something a littlemore common. But in Summerland we're going to have a fancy steakhouse with...Caviar is going to be something she's featuring. And it's going to be atDowntown, Summerland, soft opening October 25th. So it's actually alreadyopened.
JackPalermo(18:38): Yes.
BrendanKing(18:38): Four days ago.
JackPalermo(18:38): They opened four days ago.
BrendanKing(18:39) I am hungry, I'll right back.[inaudible 00:18:41], but yes. So she's featuring a 60-day [wetage 00:18:46],[wagyu 00:18:46], and honestly, I have a huge list right here of all differentsteaks that she's featuring. So there's Gina Marinelli-
JackPalermo(18:52): The steak?
BrendanKing(18:53): And there's a steak.
JackPalermo(18:54): There's Gina. There's Gina.
BrendanKing(18:56): So literally she's actuallyknown for being a really good sourcer of meat, supposedly. Not sourcer.
JackPalermo(19:03): Not sourcer, because that wouldbe Halloweeny.
BrendanKing(19:04): But supposedly she's very goodat sourcing quality beef, which is why it gave her the idea to open thesteakhouse. And there's actually a cool little tidbit about her, isn't it?
JackPalermo(19:13): So Gina Marinelli, her fatheris the defensive line coach for the Raiders as of right now, which is cool. Andhe was also the defensive coordinator for your Chicago Bears-
BrendanKing(19:24): Oh, Jesus. Oh, Jesus.
JackPalermo(19:24): ... back in the day, but verygood football coach.
BrendanKing(19:26): Now, you're going to get ourYouTube shut down because you brought up [crosstalk 00:19:28].
JackPalermo(19:27): I know.
BrendanKing(19:29): And if anybody knows how to fixInstagram account that got shut down, let us know. I've sent 28 emails toFacebook.
JackPalermo(19:37): Talk to Meta. It's Meta, by theway.
BrendanKing(19:38): Oh, sorry. Sorry.
JackPalermo(19:39): It's meta call.
BrendanKing(19:40): Good call. Good call. But yeah, amazing. And I did read in the paper, too, that this is going to be like theofficial Raiders steakhouse.
JackPalermo(19:47): Cool.
BrendanKing(19:47): So I'm sure that a lot of theseplayers and operations are going to end up being at Gina's steakhouse, justbecause of-
JackPalermo(19:54): Her dad probably [crosstalk00:19:55].
BrendanKing(19:55): I bet you the whole line's beenthere already.
JackPalermo(19:57): Bet you.
BrendanKing(19:57): Oh, they've got a game. Oh, no,they're all... I don't know.
JackPalermo(19:59): The bi-week.
David (19:59): The bi-week.
BrendanKing(20:00): Oh, it's perfect timing.Sunday, see the Raiders at Harlow.
JackPalermo(20:06): There you go.
BrendanKing(20:06): Because they don't have a gameto play.
JackPalermo(20:08): They don't have a game.
BrendanKing(20:08): And then another, while we'reon the steak realm.
JackPalermo(20:12): Talk about meat [crosstalk00:20:13].
BrendanKing(20:14): Yeah. While we're on the meattalk, Feather Blade is actually a great butcher in Vegas that came from London. We met him in person. He's kind of got an infectious personality. He's a coolguy. He is obsessed with his like quality cuts, how he sources his meat aswell. Honestly, the guy is... He knows his stuff. He's an expert. He's anabsolute expert. JackPalermo(20:56): Yeah. Thanksgiving.
BrendanKing(20:58): But, yeah. So turkeys, andthey're going to be quality turkeys, honestly, not like something you go buy atthe supermarket. These are going to be well sourced, really good turkeys.
JackPalermo(21:06): Not like this Turkey. Sorry, Ihad to.
BrendanKing(21:09): Show's over. Yeah. But go checkit out, Feather Blade, just an awesome guy, and quality, quality, qualitystuff. And he's an expert. If you want quality turkeys, then I would definitelyorder them now. With sourcing for anything right now-
