The master planned community of Peccole Ranch is located on the western side of Las Vegas with Summerlin right next door, located between Charleston and Sahara and bordered on the east and west by Fort Apache and Hualapia. The 640 acre community features over 3,000 homes, 284 acres of common area and 46 of green space.
