BrendanKing(01:10):For seven years. With the changecomes a lot of new, exciting news that we'll get to for sure, but it is now theBrendan King Group at Real.

Awesome techbased company, one of the fastest growing brokerages in the country, if not theworld at this point, but definitely a big move, and mostly we're doing it forour clients. Honestly, it's brought some tech stuff for us to you, but it'sgoing to be a big move for our clients as well.

JackPalermo(03:02):Yeah. So, they're playing theCincinnati Bengals this weekend. David's favorite team. I think David's goingto be attending the game. So, Raiders are still sitting there tied for second.The bangles are sitting there in third, big game, because it's playoffimplications for both teams. So, that's pretty, pretty cool.
BrendanKing(03:22):Yeah, and it is going to be onSunday at one o'clock right?
JackPalermo(03:25):Yeah.
BrendanKing(03:26):So, one o'clock game on Sunday,go Raiders. Come on, climb out of this little hole we've gotten ourself into, Ithink we'll be fine. I know David doesn't want the Raiders to win.

BrendanKing(03:51):About this is they've beenadding a lot of community based events at the stadium as well. So, what's goingon here today?
JackPalermo(03:57):Today? So, Allegiant Stadium ishosting the State Football Championship starting today, which is pretty cool.So, as of right now, I know Bishop Gorman is playing at the moment versusMcQueen, not Steve McQueen to confuse anybody but McQueen. So, all games aretoday at Allegiant Stadium, which is really cool. I'm sure for the players andfans.
BrendanKing(04:20):And last time Bishop Gorman wasin first. I had helicopters. I live in the neighborhood-

BrendanKing(04:25):Right there and I had helicopterscircling on the neighborhood-

BrendanKing(04:54):So, Koray Aldemir wins the WorldSeries of Poker. Honestly, I didn't know until today that this event is twoweeks long.
JackPalermo(05:05):Yeah. It lasts a long time.
BrendanKing(05:06):Honestly, I like poker. I usedto play a lot. I haven't played in years. I don't think I could last more thantwo days playing poker. I'm sorry, but obviously if you're going to win-
JackPalermo(05:15):8 million.
BrendanKing(05:16):Yeah. I was just going to say 8million. So, congrats. That's a pretty each pot to win, and then also therunner up actually won 4.3 million.
JackPalermo(05:29):Yes He did. George Holmes. Hewas a 49 year old banking executive from Atlanta.
BrendanKing(05:33):And that's not a bad way to goout on second.

BrendanKing(06:07):So, and there was a huge amountof towns on here or I should say cities that were in my opinion, some amazingcities.

BrendanKing(06:16):So, yeah. Las Vegas sitting atnumber 10, Austin Texas at number one.

BrendanKing(06:21):Tokyo-
JackPalermo(06:21):Austin's great. Charleston,South Carolina is beautiful.

BrendanKing(06:25):It's like a perfect Southerntown on the water. It's beautiful. Tokyo. If you've never been is amazing, butLas Vegas, it's right up there with those-

JackPalermo(06:39):Abu Dhabi, Dubai.

JackPalermo(06:51):Number one next year. Everybodywe're shooting for the stars.
BrendanKing(06:56):Yeah we are. So, speaking ofshooting for the stars. So, this is probably the biggest residential Highrisedevelopment since Queens Ridge.
JackPalermo(07:09):Yeah.
BrendanKing(07:09):As far as for the suburbs, noton the strip or any of the big towers on the strip. So, $600 million luxuryHighrise. What are the details on this one?
JackPalermo(07:20):So, it's going to be called thePinnacle Residence at McDonald Highlands. The project has two towers, totalinga 183 units, underground parking, four or five stories. Prices can start at1.5, go up to 13 million for the penthouses.
BrendanKing(07:36):Yeah. 1.5 for a condo.
JackPalermo(07:38):For a condo?
BrendanKing(07:39):Yeah.
JackPalermo(07:39):Yes.
BrendanKing(07:39):So, this is going to be superluxury for sure.
JackPalermo(07:42):Yeah.
BrendanKing(07:42):And it's up there with Summit,honestly, price-wise.

BrendanKing(07:45):Summit's a little more money Ithink. Just for a town home or a condo at Summit is like 3 or 4 million, butstill at 1.5 million up to 13 million dollars.

JackPalermo(07:56):They've already got 140reservations already anywhere between 10,000 and 100,000 dollars put downalready.

BrendanKing(08:02):That's huge, and I think it'sgoing to be soon. Is it 25% deposit with the balance due upon delivery of theresidence by June or July of 2024 like you said?

BrendanKing(08:35):Airports nearby. It's honestly,it's going to be beautiful, and nearly every single unit is going to have somesort of beautiful view.

BrendanKing(08:44):Yeah. Clark County SchoolDistrict. So, we go from some great news on luxury here to unfortunately itsounds like the Clark County School District graduation rate dropped for theclass of 2021. I saw this article and I was kind of debating like do peoplewant to see this? I don't know because it's kind of depressing a little bit,but you know what I'm curious to know across the whole rest of the country, ifthis happened with all-
JackPalermo(09:10):The Pandemic?
BrendanKing(09:11):Yeah. You don't think about it.
JackPalermo(09:14):[inaudible 00:09:14] Remotelearning.
BrendanKing(09:14):Remember your junior senioryear. Could you imagine sitting in your house for your entire junior, senioryear?
JackPalermo(09:19):No. Not at all.
BrendanKing(09:21):So, when I saw this article, Iwas like, it's kind of relevant for what we're going through right now. I'msure some of these kids were not very driven, just sitting at home-
JackPalermo(09:30):Sitting at home watching a computerall day.
BrendanKing(09:31):Yeah. So-
JackPalermo(09:31):Especially your senior year.
BrendanKing(09:33):Though it's a little depressingnews. I thought it was worth a little chat and just to see what people thoughtabout that, and maybe we'll see next year that there's a 2% increase-

BrendanKing (09:42):Because kids are back in school-

JackPalermo(09:57):So, the Strip Pedestrian Bridge.So, everybody, if you've ever been down on the strip, so Sahara, the world'slargest gift shop, that whole little intersection right there is accidentswaiting to happen at all times.
BrendanKing(10:13):Yeah.
JackPalermo(10:13):People crossing the street andstuff like that.
BrendanKing(10:14):It's a big crossing. Yeah.
JackPalermo(10:15):Yeah. So, they're going to bebuild this $3 million Pedestrian Bridge, which connects all four sides of thestreet. You walk up, walk around. So, nobody gets hurt.
BrendanKing(10:24):That's where that possible landfor the baseball stadium is.
JackPalermo(10:28):Possibly. Yeah.
BrendanKing(10:28):That was [crosstalk 00:10:29].
JackPalermo(10:29):Biggest fairgrounds.
BrendanKing(10:30):That was possibly for somethingelse.
JackPalermo(10:33):Well now it's possibly forsomething else like a baseball team, but we don't know. We don't know. We'llsee.
BrendanKing(10:38):Yeah. So, we'll see, but they'redoing a good job of trying to make it as convenient as they can for anybodywho's here in town-

BrendanKing(10:46):Yeah, and safe and theconvention. Center's not too far from there, and that's what I consider thecrossroads for old Vegas.

BrendanKing(10:54):It's like the entrance to theold Vegas right there by this stratosphere, and then the other directions, allthe new stuff, but it looks like a pretty cool project. You know what it reallyis in the end of the day? It's a bridge.

Next wehave glittering lights. It was actually me and my wife's second date and it'sinteresting to say the least. It's not all what it's cracked up to be.
